TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Warden’s online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. ABOUT WARDEN
The online store is operated by:
[LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]
Organisation number: [ORG. NUMBER]
Address: [ADDRESS]
Email: [EMAIL]
Phone: [PHONE NUMBER]
For general questions, please visit our Contact page.
2. PRODUCTS
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible through photographs, descriptions and specifications.
Because of differences in screens, lighting, production and finishing, minor variations in colour, surface texture or appearance may occur. Measurements and weights may also vary slightly between individual products where applicable.
Guardian Bells are decorative and symbolic motorcycle accessories. When mounting a bell, always ensure that it is securely attached and kept clear of the road, wheels, chain, suspension, exhaust and other hot or moving components.
For mounting guidance, please see our Guide.
3. PRICES
All prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Prices may change over time, but any price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.
4. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through the payment providers available through our checkout. Warden does not directly store your complete payment card details.
5. ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your order information carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
In the unusual event that we are unable to fulfil an order, for example because of an inventory discrepancy or an obvious technical pricing error, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for the affected item or order.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are packed and shipped from Sweden.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
For complete information about dispatch, delivery and returns, please see our Shipping & Returns page.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
When purchasing online as a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins the day after you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use our Return an Order function and clearly notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides proof of postage.
Handling the product
You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary and this results in a reduction in value, we may make a corresponding deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Refunds
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments as required by applicable consumer law.
If the entire order is returned, this includes the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
See Shipping & Returns for complete return instructions.
These provisions reflect the Swedish rules allowing the consumer to inspect the item, requiring return within 14 days after withdrawal, permitting customer-paid return shipping when properly disclosed, and governing refund timing and standard outbound shipping.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or you believe that a product is defective, please contact us with your order number and information about the issue.
This is handled as a complaint regarding the product, not as an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Under Swedish consumer law, consumers have the right to make a complaint regarding an original defect for up to three years from purchase. Your rights under applicable mandatory consumer law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
Where a valid complaint concerns a defective or incorrectly supplied product, Warden will cover reasonable costs necessary to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.
9. UNCOLLECTED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Please ensure that the delivery information provided at checkout is correct and collect your shipment within any time limit specified by the carrier or collection point.
If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected, please contact us so we can determine the appropriate next step.
Any fees charged in connection with an undeliverable order will only be applied where permitted by applicable consumer law and where the cost has actually been incurred.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Warden name, branding, graphics, photographs, text and other original content on this website belong to Warden or are used with permission.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
11. PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data in connection with orders, customer service and use of this website.
For information about what data we collect, why we collect it and how it is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when your order is placed. Changes made afterwards will not retroactively alter the terms of an already completed purchase.
13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so that we have the opportunity to resolve it.
Consumers who are eligible may also refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. ARN independently examines disputes between consumers and businesses and issues recommendations on how they should be resolved.
